American mezzo-soprano Joyce DiDonato returns to Hong Kong with her Grammy Award-winning album, Songplay.

Songplay is a unique fusion of Baroque arias and American songbook classics. DiDonato seamlessly melds two seemingly disparate worlds into one cohesive and stunning musical journey.  Songplay is a deeply personal project, born from DiDonato’s childhood love of singing and the exciting, organic fusion of baroque and jazz she creates as a musician today.

Songplay has toured across the US and Europe to great acclaim. In this Hong Kong concert, Joyce DiDonato will be joined by an ensemble of piano, bass, drums, trumpet and bandoneon, led by pianist and arranger Craig Terry. This concert promises a thrilling experience for all music lovers.
