- One Person One Ticket
One person per ticket regardless of age, subject to specific terms and age limit specified for each event or venue.
- Checking of Tickets
It shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser to give correct information about the title, date, time and venue of the desired performance, and to check the tickets and change carefully before completing your purchase.
- Sold Tickets
Tickets sold are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- Age Restriction
Many programmes have age restriction below which the ticket holder will be refused admission by the venue management. Purchasers should check the age restriction at the time of purchase. The age restriction is also clearly printed on each ticket.
- Concessionary Tickets
Ticket holders of concessionary tickets, including but not limited to concessionary tickets for senior citizens aged 60 or above, people with disabilities and full-time students, will be admitted only on production of acceptable proof of identity.
- Booking Details on Tickets
A ticket holder may be refused admission if any details on the ticket have been omitted or altered or if the ticket is damaged, defaced, or otherwise mutilated.
- Changes of Programmes
Premiere Performances of Hong Kong Ltd (Premiere Performances) reserves the right to add, withdraw or substitute artists and/or vary advertised programmes, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
- Cancellation and Postponement of Events
In the event of cancellation or postponement of events, Premiere Performances shall be responsible for refunding the purchase price of the tickets and the refund shall be made to the buyers of original tickets only. Under no circumstances will the service charges and the mailing charges be refunded.
The management of the venue where the event takes place reserves the right to refuse admission by any late-comers to the event. The management also reserves the right to determine the time at which and the manner in which late-comers are to be admitted.
- House Rules
All tickets are sold subject to the house rules of the venue where the event takes place. Details are available or displayed at the management office/box office of the respective venue.
A Confirmation email for ticket purchase will be sent to the email address provided by Purchaser as a reference of successful transaction. Premiere Performances will not be responsible for any delayed or undelivered emails due to the submission of incorrect email addresses by Purchasers, or due to issues that are out of Premiere Performances’ control (such as problems caused by Internet, email service providers, etc.)
- Lost Tickets
In the case of mailing event tickets to Purchasers by post, Premiere Performances will not be responsible for any lost ticket due to the submission of invalid or inaccurate personal information (such as mailing addresses, etc.) by Purchasers. In case of lost tickets during the mailing process, Purchasers shall follow the specific procedures specified for each event.
- Delay in Postal Delivery
As mailing takes time, the ticket delivery service will be available up to a certain number of days prior to the performance day. Please refer to the specific terms of each event for the cutoff date of the ticket delivery service. Premiere Performances will not be responsible for any loss caused by delay in postal delivery of tickets.
